Website operator

This website is operated by Selgus Advisory OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. You can contact us at hello@selgus.eu.

Informational content

The website describes accounting, administration and business support services. The content is general information and is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

A consultation request, email or website visit does not create a client relationship. A client relationship starts only after we have agreed the scope and terms of work in writing.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it or access systems without permission.
  • Do not copy, scrape or reuse the website content in a way that infringes our rights or misleads others.
  • Do not send unlawful, harmful or misleading information through our contact channels.

Intellectual property

The Selgus name, logo, design, text and other website materials belong to Selgus Advisory OÜ or are used with permission. You may view the website for normal business purposes, but you may not reproduce or redistribute its content without our consent.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is always uninterrupted or free from errors. We may update services, prices and content from time to time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Selgus Advisory OÜ is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website information or from temporary website unavailability. This does not limit liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. We prefer to resolve questions by discussion first; if that is not possible, disputes are handled by the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
